Kent Edition, The Miasmatic Continuum - Advanced case analysis strategies, focusing on the identification, assessment, and management of chronic miasmatic patterns in day-to-day homoeopathic cases. Join this expert-led session to gain practical insights into Hahnemannian foundations, Kentian synthesis, Ortega and Sankaran models, disease depth and prognosis concepts, and the functional use of miasmatic thinking in routine homoeopathic practice.
Miasmatic theory stands as one of the most vital yet deeply debated pillars of homoeopathic practice. This comprehensive presentation traces the fascinating evolution of miasms—beginning with Dr. Samuel Hahnemann’s original foundational concepts of Psora, Sycosis, and Syphilis in The Chronic Diseases. It then explores Dr. J.T. Kent's profound philosophical and clinical synthesis, which linked these miasms directly to intricate mental, emotional, and physical disease patterns, before examining the later modern refinements by masters like Proceso Sánchez Ortega and Dr. Rajan Sankaran.
Moving beyond a literal, infection-based model, this session redefines miasmatic thinking as a dynamic, functional tool for evaluating disease depth, determining prognosis, and ensuring accurate remedy selection. Designed to bridge historical roots with daily clinical utility, this webinar will empower practitioners with a deeply grounded understanding of miasms, encouraging flexible, insightful application in case analysis over rigid categorisation.
