Your certificate is generated only after the course is marked as “Completed.” Even if you watched the session, you must:
Log in to the portal on a laptop or desktop browser for the best experience. Click on My Profile > My Certificates. You will see a “Download” button next to your completed courses.
If you are certain of your email but the password isnβt working, please click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an automated email with instructions to reset it.
For the most stable experience, we recommend using a laptop or PC. Some mobile browsers may show “empty tabs” or fail to trigger the download pop-up for the PDF certificate.
This usually happens if the course hasn’t been officially started or completed in the system. Ensure you have clicked through all the required “Complete” buttons. If the issue persists on mobile, try switching to a desktop browser.
