Hahnemannian Gurukul

An umbrella organization for collaboration between institutions for the growth of education, training, and research. Founded by Dr. Kamlesh Mehta.

Located in Shamshabad, Hyderabad and established in 2015. Part of the Jeeyar Integrated Vedic Academy, it blends Vedic wisdom with medical science. Directed by Dr. Navin Pawaskar.

I finished the webinar, but I can’t see my certificate. Why is it missing?
Your certificate is generated only after the course is marked as "Completed." Even if you watched the session, you must:
Go to the course page and click "Start Webinar."
Scroll to the bottom and click the "Complete & Next" button.
Fill out and Submit the Feedback Form.
Click "Complete" one final time. Your certificate will then appear in your profile.
Where exactly do I find my certificate once it is generated?
Log in to the portal on a laptop or desktop browser for the best experience. Click on My Profile > My Certificates. You will see a "Download" button next to your completed courses.
The portal says I have an "Incorrect Password." What should I do?
If you are certain of your email but the password isn’t working, please click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive an automated email with instructions to reset it.
Can I download my certificate on my phone?
For the most stable experience, we recommend using a laptop or PC. Some mobile browsers may show "empty tabs" or fail to trigger the download pop-up for the PDF certificate.
The course page says "Nothing to show yet" or "Tabs are empty."
This usually happens if the course hasn't been officially started or completed in the system. Ensure you have clicked through all the required "Complete" buttons. If the issue persists on mobile, try switching to a desktop browser.
